UFC 79: Nemesis
UFC 79: Nemesis from December 29, 2007. New Years Weekend in Las Vegas is known for being when some of the biggest fights of the year take place, and 2007 will be no exception. After sustaining a back injury, Matt Serra was forced to withdraw from his UFC 79 title fight with Matt Hughes. But finding another opponent took no time at all, as yet another nemesis of Hughes stepped up to the challenge – former champion Georges “Rush” St-Pierre. At UFC 79, Hughes and St-Pierre will do battle for the third time to determine who will walk away with the interim UFC Welterweight Title and the chance to face Matt Serra next year for the undisputed championship.
The Ultimate Fighter 6 Finale
TUF 6 Finale from December8, 2007. The Ultimate Fighter: Team Hughes vs. Team Serra Finale hosted a card filled to the brim with the talented fighters from this season including the finals match-up of Mac Danzig vs. Tommy Speer. In the main event, Clay Guida warred with Roger Huerta.

UFC 78: Validation from November 17, 2007. For the first time ever, two undefeated winners of The Ultimate Fighter reality show face off in a Pay-Per-View main event. Winner of The Ultimate Fighter 3 - dangerous striker Michael “The Count” Bisping (15-0) – steps into the Octagon to face the winner of The Ultimate Fighter 2 – powerhouse wrestler Rashad “Sugar” Evans (15-0-1). Both men are fighting for validation after their previous fight – Bisping’s controversial victory over Matt Hamill, and Evans fighting to a draw against Tito Ortiz.

In one of the biggest shockers of 2006, Muay Thai expert Anderson "The Spider" Silva scored a first round technical knockout over Rich "Ace" Franklin to convincingly win the UFC Middleweight Championship. Now, nearly one year later, Silva has successfully defended his title twice, and Franklin has made a solid return to the top of UFC's middleweight rankings. At UFC 77: HOSTILE TERRITORY, the championship rematch takes place in front of Franklin's hometown crowd. Will Anderson Silva be able to emerge from his opponent's home turf with the championship in tact?

Also on the card, former PRIDE FC phenom Mauricio “Shogun” Rua makes his UFC debut as he goes head to head with Forrest Griffin. Plus, Diego “Nightmare” Sanchez returns to face Jon Fitch, who will step into the Octagon with an incredible 13 fight win streak

At UFC Fight Night: Thomas vs. Florian, a litany of fan-favorites from The Ultimate Fighter were in action like Nate Quarry, TUF 5 winner Nate Diaz, Chris Leben, and a battle between BJJ blackbelts Din Thomas and Kenny Florian in the main event.

UFC 75: Champion vs Champion from September 8, 2007. Two world champions will go head to head when the Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to London! On Saturday, 8 September - UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, will face off against the king of PRIDE Fighting Championship’s 205 lb. division, Dan “Hollywood” Henderson. The prize – the undisputed Light Heavyweight Championship of the World. Also on the card, feared striker Mirko Cro Cop will face the 6’4” former kickboxer Cheick Kongo; and Michael “The Count” Bisping returns to fight again in his home country against bitter rival Matt “The Hammer” Hamill.

UFC presents the biggest fight card of the summer on Saturday, July 7th! “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” Tito Ortiz returns to the Octagon to face the undefeated winner of The Ultimate Fighter 2, Rashad Evans. The UFC Middleweight Championship will be on the line when champion Anderson “The Spider” Silva brings his Muay Thai skills to the Octagon against Nate “The Great” Marquardt, who is undefeated in his four UFC fights.
The Ultimate Fighter 5 Finale
TUF 5 Finale from June 23, 2007. The Ultimate Fighter: Team Pulver vs. Team Penn Finale delivered a battle to be the new season winner as Nate Diaz took on Manny Gamburyan, and, in the main event, the coaches collision rematch between former UFC champions BJ Penn and Jens Pulver.

UFC Fight Night: Stout vs Fisher from June 12, 2007. Rounds 4, 5, and 6, baby! At UFC Fight Night: Stout vs. Fisher, the Octagon was set to revisit an absolute war, which marked the return of the UFC lightweight division. In the main event melee, Sam “Hands of Stone” Stout took on Spencer “The King” Fisher.

UFC 71: Liddell vs Jackson from May 26, 2007. Chuck Liddell had been on a tear, winning his previous 7 fights before encountering Quinton Jackson at UFC 71. The last man to beat him was "Rampage" Jackson when the two squared off in Pride. Liddell had revenge on his mind but Jackson wanted nothing more than to continue his winning ways over 'The Iceman'.

UFC 70: Nations Collide from April 21, 2007. The UFC returns to Manchester, England to see who will earn a heavyweight title shot as the feared striker Mirko Cro Cop battles rising star Gabriel Gonzaga. Also, former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski takes on Octagon newcomer Fabricio Werdum.
