The UFC returns to Manchester, England to see who will earn a heavyweight title shot as the feared striker Mirko Cro Cop battles rising star Gabriel Gonzaga. Also, former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski takes on Octagon newcomer Fabricio Werdum.

Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Mirko Cro Cop UFC 70 Sat, Apr 21, 2007 (20:14) After a dominating performance his first time inside the Octagon™, Mirko Cro Cop took on the well rounded Gabriel Gonzaga. Though it would be Gonzaga’s night as he took out Cro Cop with one of the most vicious knockouts in UFC® History.

Andrei Arlovski vs. Fabricio Werdum UFC 70 Sat, Apr 21, 2007 (31:11) Belarusian Andrei Arlovski studied martial arts at 16, & enrolled in the police academy, where he was able to further his style of MMA. Coming off a KO win over Cruz, he'll face Fabricio Werdum, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world champ & former PRIDE fighter.

Michael Bisping vs. Elvis Sinosic UFC 70 Sat, Apr 21, 2007 (14:27) 'The Count' took on 'The King of Rock n Rumble' at UFC® 70. Bisping put Sinosic on his back in a dominate first-round performance but in the second round, Sinosic had a few tricks up his sleeve in an attempt to try and spoil the Brit's homecoming.

Lyoto Machida vs. David Heath UFC 70 Sat, Apr 21, 2007 (28:55) The Headhunter, David Heath is undefeated in the octagon, and had an impressive debut over Cory Walmsley at UFC 62 with a win via submission. He faces Japanese-Brazilian Lyoto Machida, 3rd dan black belt in Shotokan and also undefeated at 9 wins.

Cheick Kongo vs. Assuerio Silva UFC 70 Sat, Apr 21, 2007 (30:08) If you ask Sao Paulo heavyweight, Assuerio Silva what he did before he became a fighter, he'd say "I have always been one. i can't imagine doing anything else." Combined with his experience, he'll prove to be real trouble for Parisyan, 6'4" Cheick Kongo.

Junior Assuncao vs. David Lee UFC 70 Sat, Apr 21, 2007 (19:29) Making his new home in Atlanta, Georgia, the 25 year old Assuncao has been training in martial arts since '95 and is now a BJJ brown belt. He needs a win over David Lee, an exciting fighter out of London who's a real battler, in order for a title shot.

Alessio Sakara vs. Victor Valimaki UFC 70 Wed, Feb 2, 2011 (10:46) After a few moments of evenly matched action, Sakara hurt Valimaki badly and sent his mouthpiece flying. As referee Mario Yamasaki stepped in to halt the action to replace Valimaki’s lost gumshield, Sakara jumped on top of the Octagon™ to celebrate what he thought was a victory. It wasn’t, and it appeared that Valimaki had been given sufficient time to recover, but it wasn’t nearly long enough, and once the action resumed, Sakara completed his flurry of punches and Yamasaki rescued Valimaki at 1:44 of the first round.

Jess Liaudin vs. Dennis Siver UFC 70 Sat, Apr 21, 2007 (11:11) A 28-year old fighter with over a decade’s experience in Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, and Judo, Germany-based Russian Dennis Siver comes to the UFC full of potential. Facing him is London's Jess Liaudin, a seasoned veteran with over 80 fights of experience.

Paul Taylor vs. Edilberto Crocata UFC 70 Sat, Apr 21, 2007 (24:36) Training partner of Anderson Silva and heavyweight standout Minotauro Nogueira, former State boxing champ, Edilberto Crocota is on the right track for MMA success. Facing him is Walsall, England's Paul Taylor, the 27 year old who's one 7 of his 9 fights.
